All information we collect about you are confidential and serve us a purpose of processing your orders and providing you with a more personalized shopping experience. We do not disclose information about our customers to any third party without the customer's permission.

We will occasionally send you the information about our new products. If you do not wish to remain on our customer list, please email to us.

All the items will be sent in registered mail making the shipping costs as follow:

Deliveries within Australia at normal circumstances take between 4-8 business (i.e. working) days, customers form all the other countries should normaly expect for their deliveries to take between 5-10 business (i.e. working) days.
Refund policy
If you are not satisfied with the item, please let us know and you can return it in ORIGINAL CONDITION via registered mail within 7 days of you receiving the item. You will receive a full refund less shipping and handling fees. At any circumstances however we recommend you to read carefully the product description before purchasing. If you have any questions regarding an item please send us you query via email before you purchase it.
